Students are advice to read and sign the Terms and Condtions of Admission into RCST Rockfield College of Sciences and Technology Switzerland. Matriculated Students are advice to read RCST Academic Regulations and Tuition Fees Refund Policy for Full Time and Distance Learning Study

Student enrolled on Distance Learning Programs has the right to cancel the enrolment before the completion of study program and seek refund on the remaining credit balance pro rata,  provided the written notice of cancellation was received at RCST Administration within the required time frame




Paid Tuition Fees

Upon received of Paid Tuition Fees from the student, RCST will process the student admission and enrolment documents, process the learning resources and items (e.g. textbooks) for the chosen study program, and dispatch to the student all related courses study-learning materials that cover the amount of fees paid.  Any Refund will be base on the Credit Balance amount after deduction of cost of enrolment processing, ordered textbooks and study materials, and dispatched of learning materials to the student.


 Request for Refund of Fees



The Amount of Refund will depend on the Amount of Paid Tuition Fees less of the Cost of Administration services:


20% Refund: If Student have paid at least 50% of Total Tuition Fees for the Study Program, and written 

      notice of cancellation is received within 4 weeks after the Date of Enrolment.


10% Refund: If Student have paid 1/3 of Total Tuition Fees for the Study Program, and written notice of

      cancellation is received within 3 weeks after the Date of Enrolment


►  0% Refund: If the cancellation notice is received 6 weeks after the Date of Enrolment.

Date of Enrolment

Official Date of Enrolment for Distance Learning Student is the Value Date when RCST University received Paid Tuition Fees from the Student, thereafter RCST will process and send to the Student the Official Admission and Enrolment Documents, and order related learning materials from supplier (as requested by the student)


Notice of Cancellation or Withdrawal

Student who wish to Drop or Withdraw from a Course or Withdraw from the registered Program should complete the Course Drop or Withdrawal Form (available at Student Service Office). The notice of cancellation must be made in writing, and the cancellation date is the date the written notice is received at RCST Office in Switzerland


Termination of Enrolment

Please visit academic regulations booklet (also available online) for full information on enrolment termination policy. RCST (and partner institutes) reserved the right to terminate enrolment of a student found in volation of the academic and administrative rules and regulation of the College.

Some of the conditions that can warrant enrolment termination are listed below

 Falsifies information on original application and documents to gain admission

 Fails to make payment of required tuition fee when dues

 Cheats on coursework activities including project or exams

 Making Threat, using abusive words and abusive / insulting communication to Staff, Student, and Faculty of RCST
